Can someone explain to me why Joe Biden made that comment about Barack being "tested" by international leaders if elected?
I don't get it, but it makes me nervous.
Did they have a quarrel? Is Joe just dumb? Is the media twisting it?

Yeah, that was kind of a weird thing to say. I heard Barack trying to explain what Joe meant in an interview, and he said that what he meant was that Barack will be inheriting all of the threats and issues that already exist today. Like Iraq, Iran, North Korea, and the like. I don't think he was making any kind of threat. I think he was just implying that they are both definitely going to be tested by the challenges that have been created over the past 8 years - I think he just wanted to put an emphasis on the fact that they would be ready to face these things - maybe he should have gone a little easier on the wording and the overall creepiness of the speech.
I think it's been blown up just like most things these poor politico's say. I like Joe. I think he's good people, and this doesn't seem to me like anything to be worried about. He's just got ants in the pants.
