How foolish, you might think, that I feel the need to present instructions for constructing a sandwich. However, a potentially delicious sandwich can be rendered school cafeteria-esque if not properly assembled.
Warning: This sandwich may clog your arteries if eaten repeatedly.
But it is SO freakin' good!

Pastrami
Swiss Cheese
rye bread
butter (YUM!) I use 1-2 tablespoons, but I'm sure normal people use less
spicy brown mustard

OK

1. Spread the mustard on one slice of rye.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium-high
3. Toss the pastrami on in the pan. It starts to bubble and shrink up and smell delish. Flip it around, turn it over, let it bask in buttery goodness.
4. After a few minutes and once the pastrami has shriveled up a little, slap the swiss cheese on top until it melts.
5. THEN remove the gooey mess from the frying pan and plant it on the other slice.

Note: Placing the cheese on the bread in the vain hope that the hot pastrami will melt it does NOT produce the desired yumminess.

So good. And cheap-o. Sounds gross, but try it...trust me:)
